note 26503 added to install.apache

I've noticed that running apache 2.0.40 with php+mysql generated pages results in extraordinary memory usage on the server. There doesn't seem to be any fix for this - the server will run fine then occasionaly start to spike with memory use in some httpd processes exceeding 256MB! This eventually renders the server unusable due to lack of RAM.
