Here's a stupid question...
Being that time() is the # of seconds since Jan 1st, 1970 GMT, this function reflects nothing in
terms of daylight savings time, correct?
So, if one where to be running a script and called time() twice, but in between those two time()
calls daylight savings kicked in, there wouldn't be an instantaneous change of 3600+ seconds (1
hr.) in the difference between the two calls, right?
Thanks :)
