I put php_gd.dll in C:\PHP and C:\WINNT and got rid of ; infront of the extention=php_gd.dll in
php.ini and the GD isnt working.
The following error message is produced:

PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library './php_gd.dll' - The specified procedure could

I did not install php with the argument "--width-GD". Do I need to reinstall? Is there
another opinion?
