note 26589 added to ref.mssql

HELP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mssql_connect() in D:\webtest\WebApp01\phptest.php on line 12 PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library './php_mssql.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 i put the php_mssql.dll on c:\php and tried other folder but it still doesn't load. i also change the extension_dir = on php.ini file to where i put the lib but it still doesn't read it.
