Win2K, Apache 1.3 , PHP 4.2.2, "Unable to load dynamic library..." in agreement w/ the
recommendation above, I copied the extensions I wanted out of the php extensions folder to the dlls
folder. Then I copied all of those to the WINNTSYSTEM folder. Any variation of the php.ini
extension_dir variable seemed to make no difference.
Note: I could see the changes I made to the extension_dir variable were being recognized by starting
and stopping Apache and refreshing a php file containing the phpinfo() command. From the RUN
window:
NET STOP APACHE
NET START APACHE
but, like I said, it made no difference.
Anyway, the error message finally when away when I copied the dlls to the system folder. Thanks for
the info!
