note 27113 added to function.mssql-connect

i use linux to connect to ms-sql on win 2000. works fine with freetds, but here's my problem: i would like to configure a php connection not via "server", but via daemon to use encrypted passwords (via openssl). I guess openssl is properly included. I tried "TSQL" and it works 100%.
