note 27133 added to function.mssql-connect

I read all this tips but i have a problem: I tried to find php_mssql70.dll but i have only php_mssql.dll. I think this could be the problem. I have sql7 with php 4.2.3 i try to convert a mysql code in mssql it seems that it work.
