I use a combination of:
DreamWeaver MX + PHP4 + MySQL 3.23 + Apache2.
Perfect combination. 3/4 of it are freesources. Thus, I think, it makes a perfect set.
P.S.
I think DreamWeaver makes a code a little bit too complicated, so it's up to you whether to
clean it up or not.
