note 27208 added to function.header

When I use the header("Location: anypage") function I'm expecting to redirect to
another page immediately. In almost all the cases it works well, but in fewcases the code after this
line is executed before redirect to the other page. I didn't find any reason for this.
The solution I found is to put always the funtion exit() after the header.
