note 27331 added to install.iis

I just did it all through the executables. And didnt have to do anything special at all. Took less than 3 minutes start to finish and all has worked perfectly so I am puzzled at all the steps in the install guide. I guess it may bite me one day I dunno lol -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.iis.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+27331 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+27331 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+27331
