I've got quite many questions about this problem I posted earlier.
I tried it again and I noticed that Windows doesn't even need Freetype to use TTFs, just use
unix-type path, where "root" is the drive php executable is in. Ie. if path to your font
is C:\fonts\font.ttf you should use /fonts/font.ttf insteads.
