Warning: setcookie() will break when you change your locale, like
setlocale ("LC_TIME", "nl_NL.ISO_8859-1");
This will influence (PHP4.0.3) the way setcookie() formats the expiration date! As a consequence,
cookies will not be saved on IE5.0 on a Mac. Sigh.
