Is it true that PHP 4.20+ is compiled with -enable-trans-sid ? Because when I try to access the constant "SID" (with session.use_trans_sid enabled), the constant returned nothing. Also, my links () aren't appended with SID and when i try <a href="somepage.php?<?php echo SID;?>">, i get the link as somepage.php? . Can Someone help me? For example a page with this code: <?php session_start(); if (!session_is_registered('count')) { session_register('count'); $count = 1; } else { $count++; } ?> Hello visitor, you have seen this page <?php echo $count; ?> times.
To continue, <a href="session.php?<?php echo SID?>">click here Gets this output (from View Source): Hello visitor, you have seen this page 1 times.
To continue, click here I am running PHP 4.23 on IIS 5.1 (Win XP Pro)
