note 27659 added to function.ftp-put

I have also error ftp_put() expects parameter 4 to be long with this code: $fmode = "FTP_ASCII"; ftp_put($conn,$rem_file,$loc_file,$fmode); it was working a few months OK, but after 12.12. it produce mentioned error and no file transfer. Than i change this line to: ftp_put($conn,$rem_file,$loc_file,FTP_ASCII); and all works again well.
