note 27943 added to function.mysql-list-fields

The example line $fields = mysql_list_fields($database, $table, $connection); returns this error message Warning: Unable to save MySQL query result in /Users/me/Sites/Test/csv_importer.php on line 389 when used in the csv_importer freeware script by Matthew Lindley (sir_tripod@hotmail.com). The variable $fields is not referenced anywhere prior to this.
