note 27960 added to function.serialize

Conversion from serialization to XML: To convert a serialized object to a well-formed XML document, I wrote this script: http://fabruccio.chez.tiscali.fr/dat2xml.inc I use it in my customized version of Gallery, to produce a XML document containing all the descriptions and data, in order to transform it by XSLT and generate static HTML pages.
