note 27978 added to install.apache2

I'm running Apache 2.0.43 with Perl 5.8 and just removed the last stable release of PHP and added PHP 4.3 on a Windows XP home edition computer. I've put Apache, Perl, and PHP on my computer mainly with the purpose of testing my website before I upload it to the space I get though my ISP, and have kinda a small but anoying problem that has poped up just by adding PHP 4.3 to it now. When ever I type in http://localhost/ to pull up my site to check if it looking alright it promps me to download the main page rather then display it now.
