note 27985 added to install.linux

I was having trouble getting the 4.3.0 version to complie on my Linux system with the bundled mysql libs...no matter what I used as a complie line(with and without the new GD support BTW) the complie failed....I recommend this config line it seems to work without fail. ./configure --with-mysql=/mysql --with-apxs --with-gd --with-zlib-dir=/usr/include -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.linux.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+27985 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+27985 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+27985
