PHP 4.3.0 broke the use of a leading slash "/" in include and require.
E.g., you have your include_path set with "/my/path" and one of your PHP pages issues a
"include/foo/bar.php", on PHP 4.2.3 and earlier, if "/my/path/foo/bar.php"
existed it was used. However with PHP 4.3.0, you cannot use the leading slash, and "include
foo/bar.php" finds the same file.
This is the kind of regression that really frustrates me!
