PHP 4.3.0 with built in GD support on Windows XP. After doing the PHP installation, you have to
copy the php_gd.dll to the windows\system32 directory. Also, make sure the line
extension=php_gd.dll is uncommented in your php.ini file. I don't know why this is so.
Things didn't work for me before that.
