With great respect, in the third paragraph (as of 2002.12.30), I believe that
"CGI and CLI are built and placed as sapi/cgi/php and sapi/cgi/php respectfully"
should read:
"CGI and CLI are built and placed as sapi/cgi/php and sapi/cli/php respectively"
noting that the second directory is 'cli' not 'cgi'.
