If your imap_fetchstructure not retrive all parts, write it:
$struct = imap_fetchstructure( $conn, $curMsg );
$i = 1;
while( imap_fetchbody( $conn, $curMsg, $i ) ){
$struct->parts[$i-1] = imap_bodystruct( $conn, $curMsg, $i );
$i++;
}
