As someone noted before, I got some problems using move_uploaded_file under safe_mode. After the
file is moved, I've no rights for reading, writing or deleting the file. It seems as if
move_uploaded_file had changed the owner to apache (uid 30). This is the warning message I get if I
try to chmod the file after moving it:
Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 703 is not allowed to access
[...]/data.txt owned by uid 30 in [...]inc.FileUtils.php on line 20
Any Idea?
