Hi there,
maybe you should use:
snmpset( $IP, $Writecomm, $OID, "i", 2 );
This works for me to deactivate a port, where snmpget returns
"up(1)" for an activated, and "down(2)" for a deactivated Port.
I've also recognized switches that use 0 and 1 instead of 1 and 2, but also return up(1) and
down(2), so maybe you should try to set it to 0...
