note 28202 added to faq.misc

ok i am new to PHP4. I like it already, mainly because i can use Javascript type scripts, as apossed to having to learn VBscript with ASP. However, when i try to use a form to send user info to another page to print and print/echo it to the page, it dosen't work. For example: --------------------------------------------------------------------- <form action="whatever.php" method=post> <input type="text" name="First_Name"> <input type="submit" value="send info"> </form> --------------------------------------------------------------------- <?php print("Your First Name is $First_Name."); --------------------------------------------------------------------- the result looks something like this: Your First Name is and that's it. That's all I get. It seams like the value of the text feild "First_Name" gets sent to the other page like it is supposed to, but it dosen't print/echo the value to the page. After checking the Error log on apache, it tells me that the variable (First_Name in this case) is undefined. What gives here??
