note 28206 added to function.setlocale

I have just upgraded PHP to 4.3.0 and got the following warning message.
"Warning: setlocale() [function.setlocale]: Passing locale category name as string is
deprecated. Use the LC_* -constants instead. in C:\WWW\*\php\conf.php on line 17"
What sould I do if I don't want to change the code?
