note 8310 added to session_destroy

When I try to log a user out by session_destroy(), I get this -
Warning: Session object destruction failed in "c:\....."
When it occurs on that page, I've started the session, unregistered all the variables, and make
a call to session_destroy(). how the heck can I log them out?
