note 28536 added to ref.image

What about built in support of libgd in Windows version php 4.3.0? It looks that the version that is available for download is missing this. There are two dll's: php_gd.dll and php_gd2.dll but this ara the same like in 4.2.x version (gd 1.6 and gd 2.0).
