note 28543 added to ref.mail

Problems sending mail to some ISP. ("Format data error" in Sendmail log) I had problems sending mails to some user using mail() function. When i tried to send mail to users of some isp (as katamail.it), mails were not delivered, and i had a "format data error" in the sendmail log.
