I spent good amount of time trying to find how to use Daylight Saving Time from the man page. I hope
that the following example will save somebody a few minutes (for sure it would do it for me)
$humanDate = date("Y-m-d H:i:s", $seconds + 3600 * date("I", $seconds));
That line converts UNIX seconds to human date and adds an hour if Dayight is in effect for the
supplied date.
