[Editor's note: PHP4 includes the mysql files needed, so for that version the path is optional]
When you compile using "--with-mysql=/dir", you need to enter the path to the mysql header
files. Usually, it's /usr/local/include/mysql or something like that. There should be a bunch
of *.h files in there...
