note 28636 added to function.shell-exec

I've noticed a few commands dont work like "ssh" "ftp" and many others. Would anyone know of any way to make these commands work via PHP? I want to be able to remote administer some servers using a web based control panel but I dont believe it is possible. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.shell-exec.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+28636 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+28636 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+28636
