As mentioned in the session documentation, when php is compiled with --enable_trans_sid, the session
id is automatically appened to URLs in a HTML document (where a session is started).
This presents a problem when there is a link to a downloadable file; the session is is appended
such that "download.exe" becomes "download.exe?PHPSESSID=<session id>".
The only way I could think of to get around this was to use
onClick="window.loctaion='download.exe'" as a href...
