If you are trying to use eval on entire files or huge strings you are going to spend hours upon hours trying to get it to work. Debugging any included files is also very hard. Make your life a little simpler by looking at one of the better templating systems on the net. (my favorite is Smarty http://smarty.php.net/ ).
