I'm a windows 98 user. I installed apache then I installed PHP. After i follow all the
configuration i try to start apache. But apache give me an error message:
"Cannot load c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server (31) A device attached to the system is not
functioning:"
So, whats the possible reason for this error?
