Precision about "Define must be used BEFORE any place it is used.":
It's also when a constant is used in a function. If a function is defined before the constant,
when this function is used, it knows that this constant is defined but doesn't know it's
value. Fortunately, with 'eval', it's ok.
(behavior observed with php 3.0.16)
