Since PHPBuilder.com is now part of Internet.com, it might be
necessary to get some type of permission from Tim and/or Internet.com
(CC'ing Tim). Looked around and the closest thing I could find were
the URLs:
http://www.internet.com/corporate/legal.html
http://www.internet.com/corporate/permissions.html
Could the code be considered an "electronic reprint" ?
