Those of us unlucky enough to have to use PHP on Windows may have seen this error starting Apache
when using the module: "the procedure entry point add_assoc_string_ex could not be located in
the dynamic link library php4ts.dll"
The simple, but hard to find ANYWHERE, solution is:
Copy php4ts.dll into the apache root (ie. c:\program files\apache group\apache\) folder to overwrite
whatever stupid old version is already there.
I have tested this with multiple 1.3.x versions of IBM HTTP Server and Apache 1.3.22.
