The Direct IO extension is not available on Windows platforms, so the dio_tcsetattr function is also
not available for the windows platform (some function that allows you to use php like
HyperTerminal).
Is there an alternative for me if I want to acces my serial device (GSM) on Com1 via AT commands?
(exept for switching to Linux)
