note 29143 added to function.setcookie

I got some problems with setting cookies! Sometimes the cookies sets, sometimes not! I wonder what could be the problem! The server that runs PHP is an IIS! The weird thing is that it sets the cookie nice and clean on my own privateserver but not at the Webhotel.
