[Editor's Note]
Instead of using:
$a[0]->$test1 = 1;
$a[0]->$test2 = 1;
$a[1]->$test1 = 2;
$a[1]->$test2 = 2;
you should use:
$a[0]->test1 = 1;
$a[0]->test2 = 1;
$a[1]->test1 = 2;
$a[1]->test2 = 2;
since right now, you are doing this:
$a[0]->$test1 = 1; //evals to:
$a[0]-> = 1;

}
$a = array();
$a[] = new test;

$a[0]->$test2 = 1;
$a[1]->$test1 = 2;
$a[1]->$test2 = 2;
$x = $a[0]->$test1;
$y = $a[0]->$test2;
echo "$x - $y";
?>
