This is useful if you're using a non-secure site and are moving to a secure site for a
transaction and that secure site has a different URL to be able to read the cookie.
I found that even passing the session name/id via the URL wasn't enough when moving from domain
to domain, after it was passed, I called session_id() to set the name of the session to bring
forward all the hard-work put into the non-secure portion of the sire.
