note 29231 added to function.imagefttext

It appears as though imagecreatetruecolor() will not permit anti-aliasing of True Type fonts called by ImageTTFText(). The text looks absolutely horrible. This is, of course, unfortunate if we need to place some text across a large full color jpeg. If anyone has any comments on this I would love to hear them.
