note 29300 added to function.fwrite

When I use this script, the information added, is put at the end of the file. Is there a possibility that you can put that information at the front of a new file, or do you have to make the script more complicated by deleting the file, and make a new one, etc.? I would like to know this, because of my own made guestbook and message marquee. Another thing is, for examle to make profiles, you just want to change the information not add something.
