note 29429 added to ref.mcrypt

mcrypt does not work on XP Home + Apache! I followed the following steps: 1. Downloaded the zip file, php-4.3-mcrypt.zip http://ftp.proventum.net/pub/php/win32/misc/mcrypt/ 2. extracted php_mcrypt.dll into the directory c:\php\extensions\ and libmcrypt.dll to c:\windows\system32 (I also tried c:\windows\system). 3. changed the extension_dir line in the php.ini file in the windows directory to: extension_dir = c:\php\extensions\ 4. uncommented the line, extension=php_mcrypt.dll This results in the following error message: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\extensions\php_mcrypt.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mcrypt.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+29429 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+29429 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+29429
