I tested it in 3.0.18 but don't work, after I used gettype to redefine is_null:
function is_null($var) {
if ( gettype($var) == 'NULL' ) return true;
return false;
}
p.s.
in the online documentation of the function gettype i see:
"NULL" (since PHP 4)
