adding ob_gzhandler to output_handler in php.ini works for 90% of my users (including myself) but
the other 10% (IE 6.0, pc) report receiving garbled gzip pages instead of html on output. it's
a pity as the instant i added this line to php.ini, all pages were loading twice as fast.
would be good to hear if anyone else has experienced this issue and what they've done to
resolve it.
