4.3.1 on WINDOWS 2K - Sybase money fields

Notice something weird here:
17.65,19,0,64,0,52
the values should be:
17.65,19.10,0.00,64.56,0.00,52.80
For some reason only the first row in my sybase result set returns the decimal part of the number. I
reported it in the bug database, if you're having the same problem please go vote for it. http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=22341
