Using cache commands whilst using sessions and output buffering can adversely affect (in some
browsers), handling of session vars.
I've found that in using the cache delimiter in a script that also uses ob_start will often
disrupt any session vars. As browesers are not supposed to cache form data, I decided not to pursue
that avenue - as I had to use ob_start as I was using the header command to go to a new page.
