To carry on yet even further..... the CSS pedantry. I would not worry about seeing CSS dissapear
any time soon. As a matter of fact it is here to stay. The average Joe does not decide that he
wants to write a page and then go out and learn XML and XSL. I have learned how to do that because
I needed it for an application. But XML has its place, and that place mostly resides with
databases. Do not worry about having to learn something to replace CSS. Without it the web would
be useless. The buzz over XHTML is ridiculous. It will not phase out html. If you would like to
discuss this further, E-mail me. I am enjoying this PHP tutorial. And I do not think that it is a
place to scrutinize CSS, XML, XSL, and XHTML. When you do that it also makes newcomers to all of
this head spinng stuff unsure and unconfident of themselves. Stop making them insecure by
discussing something that is not even the topic at hand. As far as I am concerned PHP is awesome
and just inside this tutorial, I am seeing immediate applications to be used with DHTML. Looks like
all of that Javascript navigator appversion malarkey was all for nothing. Continue to use CSS and
CSS-2 there is a reason that it fits so well with PHP.
